Gute aussichten's international series will make its debut in Mexico City in April of 2017. Our German partners, the House of Photography, Deichtorhallen Hamburg and the Museum for Photography in Berlin, will provide their space to gute aussichten in 2018 and 2019. Further exhibitions are already being initiated – in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Japan, Switzerland, Austria and the USA.

"For those who are interested in photography's magic – its power of suggestion, its ability to play tricks – it's worth a visit.“

Michael O'Sullivan about gute aussichten in: The Washington Post, June 25, 2010

Ever since its inception in 2004, which was guided by Buckminster Fuller's motto „Think global, act local“, gute aussichten has been supported by internationally renowned artists, photographers, curators and designers including: Andreas Gursky, Juergen Teller, Mario Lombardo, Norbert Bisky, Thomas Demand, Annelies Strba, Juergen Klauke, Wibke von Bonin, Thomas Ruff, Ingo Taubhorn, Herlinde Koelbl, Luminita Sabau, Thomas Struth, Ulrich Seidl and Paul Graham. Thanks to such generous support, we are proud to be referred to as „the most prestigious competition for young photographers“ by the German magazine DER SPIEGEL in 2009.

Gute aussichten deluxe will not only exhibit about 250 pieces by 25 young artists, they will also continue to seek out intellectual exchange and dialogue with the young artistic scene of each country.
